We are dedicated to make the York Region laugh, one person at a time. Anyone who is committed to laugh is welcome. It's a great way to meet new people in your community while learning the art of laughing for no reason. We use the Laughter Yoga method, which is a mix of laughter exercises and breathing & stretching exercises. It is a very efficient and fun workout. No mat or special outfit required.
